Hi! My name is Derrick Clark. I am the owner and operator of HeirclarkCatering. Cooking and serving delicious food to my guests has always been an incredible experience. I started the Heirclark brand in the summer of 2017 for the purpose of uplifting, encouraging, and inspiring others through art and creativity. I created an inspiring outlet through a clothing line called HeirclarkGrow (www.heirclarkgrow.com) for the purpose of building others up as my faith requires us to do. From there, I have always had a passion for cooking. I started out cooking seriously in 2014, with my first dish of perfection, My Momma's Spaghetti. From there, I wanted to explore seafood, steaks, sauces, and the creativity of the culinary arts. I began to give people samples of my food, they loved it, and so I decided to build HeirclarkCatering. We are branching out into a delivery service as well for all your ToGo needs!
